All goods must be declared correctly and in detailed, to include description and model (if relevant) of the goods.
The following documents must be submitted together with K3 Form:
Permit, permission or approval from other government agency (OGA) if the goods to be shipped require permit, permission or approval.
Invoice.
Proof of payment showing duty or tax has been paid.
Other documents that are required by the officer of Customs.
Below being our advice on your shipping documents:
1. To display generic name of the goods, followed by brand name / colour / etc. If you wish to. For example:
- Wooden Dining Set, Material and Generic Name of the Goods
- Imperial Chestnut, Model and Colour
- Description in shipping documents: Wooden dining set, Imperial Chestnut
2. To add information required such as country of origin.
3. To add statement on duty has been paid for shipment consisting imported goods.
